What is the RDT Facade API?

This API allows the authorized Microlise customers to retrieve their drivers' live and tachograph working time data for last two weeks. Once the driver's tachograph file is downloaded, the live data—sourced from the Microlise telematics unit—is overwritten.

Who should use the API?

This API is intended for Microlise customers who have vehicles such as trucks or vans registered in the Microlise system, along with associated driver information and being tracked by a tracking unit (Microlise or 3rd party).

Steps to Integrate

1. Navigate to the ‘Products’ tab then ‘Compliance'.

2. To access the API you will need to request and be issued an API Key via secured email. The key should be passed in the HTTP header using the x-api-key custom header.
